Chapter members meet together regularly to study the Bible, particularly those scriptures relating to the Healing miracles of Jesus, as well as books and other resources on Christian healing. They also engage in healing prayer for others, often with the laying on of hands, conduct public healing services and host teaching seminars.

Chapters consist of at least seven members including a Chaplain, ordained or lay, and a Convenor and a Secretary. Chapters meet regularly in their respective localities and are grouped into Areas of OSL in New Zealand which comprise:
